Overview

Star Pvt ITI accepts admission applications to a wide variety of Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral degree programs along with diploma’s in certain streams. In order to apply for admission the candidate has to meet the eligibility criteria and details mentioned under programs. Those who have appeared for their final year graduation examinations in the current year may also apply for admission to Post Graduate program. After submission of forms a cut off merit list would be prepared and qualifying candidates would be intimated to appear for written test and/or Group discussion and/or Personal Interview, based on which offer of admission will be issued to selected candidates with all the terms and conditions. The complete step by step process is mentioned below.

  • Application forms are available Online on the website of the University.
  • Candidate can download and print the form by clicking on “Apply Now” button on the home page of the university website of each program.
  • Candidates may also get the admission form from the University Campus Admission Centre.

 Fill in the Application Form only if you meet the eligibility criteria for admission to the program. Duly filled in application form will be allowed for submission at University Campus Admission Centre only along with following documents:

  • Photocopy of 12th mark sheet
  • Photocopy of 10th mark sheet
  • One Passport size Photograph
  • Photocopy of Graduation Degree and/or marksheets for all years/semester of graduation(In case of Post Graduate Degree, Post Graduate Diploma and Doctoral Program)

  • After filling the complete form correctly and attaching required documents candidate has to submit the form along with cash/cheque/DD in favor of “Star Pvt ITI” of Rs.100/- (Rupees One hundred only) at the Institute Campus Admission Centre.
  • After submission of application form, a unique ID will be generated
  • This unique Id will be the identity of candidate during the admission process.

  • Cut off merit list will be prepared after processing of the application form submitted.
  • Based on cut off merit list, qualifying candidates will be informed about the date, time and venue of the admission procedure (written test and/or Group discussion and/or Personal Interview) by email and /or sms and/or post.

  • On the intimated date, the Qualifying candidates would have to appear for written test and/or Group Discussion and/or Interview as mentioned in their intimation letter.
  • If a short listed candidate fails to appear on the intimated date and admission on the particular program is closed, it will be his/her responsibility. Such candidates would not be reconsidered if admissions are closed.
  • If a candidate has applied on more than one program, he/she will be informed for admission process separately for separate programs. The candidate will be permitted to appear for selection process of a program only on the date as mentioned in the intimation letter.

  • Based on selection process, final selection list will be prepared.
  • All selected candidates will get intimation of their selection through email and /or sms and/or post.
  • Details regarding payment of fees and time for commencement of the academic session will be mentioned in the Offer of Admission letter.
  • Offer of Admission will be valid only for the specific program opted by the candidate as well as for the same academic session. Admission is given provisionally as specified in the letter. The Offer of Admission will automatically stand cancelled if the conditions are not fulfilled within the stipulated time.
  • There is a possibility that the Admission Committee recommends candidate’s admission in a program which he/she have not applied in the application form. In such cases candidate would be given the intimation/option to accept/reject the same. An offer of admission will be issued once candidate give the consent for such offer.

  • The candidate is required to pay fees as per details mentioned in Offer for Admission letter.
  • Failure to deposit fees within stipulated time will entail cancellation of admission.

  • Once the candidate has deposited the fees, he/she may report and enroll/register himself/herself at the admission centre along with the required documents as mentioned in offer of admission letter.
